I will be in Reno next weekend and would like to know how the exchange rates are at the Casinos to exchange Canadian to US$? Do they offer any advantage or am I better taking US$ with me?

It%26#39;s my experience that any business does not give the best exchange rates. Go to a bank or bring US dollars.

I used to take Canadian to exchange in the casino, but for some time now, I%26#39;ve bought US money here before leaving.

I did notice, though that the last couple of times I was in Reno, the exchange rate at the casinos was below what the Canadian dollar was worth! In fact, at a time when the dollars where almost at par, both Silver Legacy and Eldorado showed an exchange rate of around 94 cents for Canadian.
