Harrahs reward card

Its been a few years since we went to Vegas, and I seem to have misplaced our rewards cards. Is there somewhere I can call to ge the number? How about for the MGM properties.

On the Harrah%26#39;s site - you need your number. There isn;t anywhere for me to request the number. MGM does have a number to call.

If you still get the email%26#39;s from Harrah%26#39;s, look on some of them. The ones I get from Total Rewards have my number usually on the bottom of the email under this area:

COMPANY INFORMATION | CAREERS | INVESTOR RELATIONS | GROUPS AND MEETINGS

PAtrvlr, I copied the following from Harrahs site:

If you cannot remember your Total Rewards account number, please visit your favorite Total Rewards Center with identification to obtain your account number. For your security, we do not give Total Rewards account numbers over the telephone or via email.

If you are still unable to log in, call 1-800-eHARRAH and speak with a customer care agent to reset or unlock your account.

I have just moved to a new address and I tried to update my address on the site, but could not. I called Harrah%26#39;s and was told the only way to do that is to go to one of the properties and have photo ID to do it. A four hour drive roundtrip just to change my mailing address! They said it is for security reasons. There has to be a better way.

When we got to Las Vegas, I simply went to the Total Rewards desk and told them I lost my card. They input some information and made me up new cards. No problem getting while there. Did the same with MGM
