Downtown Question

I want to explore downtown on my upcoming visit in October. I plan on going to Atomic Liquors and then hitting some of the casinos. Are the casinos walking distance from the ';Atomic'; area? Is there a best place to get dropped off by taxi and are taxi%26#39;s real easy to get hail to get back to the strip.

Downtown Question

It%26#39;s about 4-5 blocks from Atomic Liquors to The Freemon Street Experience, where you%26#39;ll find most of the downtown Casinos. It isn%26#39;t a long walk.

My suggestion would be to take a cab to Atomic Liquors and then walk to the casinos. You will be able to get a cab back to the strip from any casino hotel cab stand.

You can%26#39;t hail cabs on the strip, and I don%26#39;t believe you can downtown either. But they are plentiful at the hotels.
