Expert advice on rooms please

Let me give you a brief history of my Vegas trips. MGM stay...the day before the big fire....not my fault. Last April Bally%26#39;s for 2 nights, a weddinng, 1 bad sunburn and 1 badly twisted ankle. So needless to say, I need advice on where to stay on my next visit. I%26#39;m a Super8 kind of guy.....clean and not alot of frills. Wife ( funny using that word) wants the same, she says, but I don%26#39;t beleive it. She loved Bally%26#39;s and I don%26#39;t want to stay in the same hotel again.....any suggestions? We spend less than 8 hours in any hotel room anywhere.

What dates of stay? And what is your budget per nite?

Expert advice on rooms please

Bill%26#39;s Gambling Hall right across the street sounds like your kind of place. There%26#39;s not that much walking involved getting around the hotel but the rooms are quite nice for the price.

If you like Bally%26#39;s and have some points or a Total Rewards card with Harrah%26#39;s properties...and gamble....I would contact a casino host at Paris to see if there are any casino rates available. You%26#39;re wife will love it. Ask for a renovated room on an upper floor. It is right across from Bellagio, so you%26#39;ll be center strip and close to the action. Have fun and write a TR when you get back.

Budget is a non issue. Was thinking of Bill%26#39;s and also somewhere downtown. Not interested in Wynn, Bellagio, etc. not my type of ambiance as I%26#39;m more of a beer and wings guy.

Paris? OMG....I%26#39;m a nut...didn%26#39;t even think of it. Although a different room, wouldn%26#39;t feel the same as staying in Bally%26#39;s? Keeping this to myself for now as wife ( strange word) would probably love it.

Thanks for the replies, and thanks for Paris.....didn%26#39;t realise she was behind me reading and it is now officially(according to the wife) Paris, strip wise anyway.....so I just have to get a downtown alternative( like that%26#39;s gonna work...as most men know:))

Rooms are nothing special but the casino is very busy and hopping. Nothing foo-foo about it.

Flamingo GO rooms would be very nice as well %26amp; you have Margaritaville.

Check their website for Hot Deals, or under reservation with you TR # to see if it comp or very discounted.

Paris is a great choice also, we stayed there over the Labor Day Weekend %26amp; loved our room %26amp; location.
