which strip hotel for Blackjack?

We are going to vegas in a few weeks.

I love to play blackjack.

I am not a card counter, just use the basic strategy.

I would like to know which strip hotel has the blackjack games with the best odds for a basic strategy player.

We will be staying at the Bellagio, so we would like to find good tables somewhat close by.

Thanks!

subscribe to the newsletter at www.bj21.com

well spent $12

you will get a complete listing of the games, including casino, house, edge, minimums, etc.

many are surprised to find that quite a few decent games are on the strip

of course you need to walk through the casino(s) and find the game - not all tables in the same pit, even next to each other, have the same rules. you must ask about surrender, splitting, etc, since these are not on the felt or placard on the table.

In general, decent games can be found at the independents wynn and venetian/palazzo and the MGM group. the HET group is the worst

check the newsletter and spend a few minutes finding your game

Without going into details, and acknowledging Bridgefans bj21, best games are at MGM, Mandalay, Monte Carlo, Bellagio, Mirage and Tropicana. HET games are terrible in case you didn%26#39;t see the trend.

Thanks for the replies.

Since Bellagio and MGM are mentioned is it safe to assume that Wynn would also have good tables since they are owned by the same company?

Thanks,

ps I enjoyed your report on the Wynn:)

The Wynn is not owned by the MGM. It is owned by Steve Wynn.

MGM owns: MGM, Mirage, NYNY, Bellagio, Circus Circus, Excalibur, Luxor, Mandalay Bay, Monte Carlo and Treasure Island.

You do not say what limits you are interested in but the Bellagio has one $5 table 24/7 with good rules.

Most of the other tables are $25 min mid-week.
