Travelling to Vegas 3rd-6th November

I have been looking at hotel prices and compared to almost any other week/day they seem very expensive.

I just wondered whether there was a holiday or a particular event that was causing this, because even with the offers/promotions those dates are a lot more expensive compared to days either side.

November 4 - 7 is the Automotive Industry Convention with 120,000 attendees coming to Vegas! I am sure that has increased the occupancy and rates!!

Yes that convention is amongst the year%26#39;s largest. Any event with upwards of 100,000 delegates is certain to send hotel rates zooming upwards.

There%26#39;s also Pro-Bull Riding at the TM arena that weekend. Brings in a lot of Cowboys, and Cowgirls.

I think there is an air show at this time also..........

we are staying at the orleans at $29/nt for the same time period...plus booked 1 night at the four queens at $39. check out fatwallet, vegas.com, etc.
