luxor

Hi all we are planning next summers holiday and we have seen a good two centre holiday to L.A and Vegas the hotel on offer is the Luxor.Is this hotel in a good location for all the places of interest and is getting around Vegas easy.Any information about Vegas would be welcomed.

It%26#39;s at the southern end of the strip close to the Excalibur, Mandalay Bay, MGM, Tropicana, Hooters, New York New York. There%26#39;s plenty to see there but it is not center strip. The hotel rates are good . I don%26#39;t consider this hotel a top tier nor a bottom tier. It would be somewhere in the middle. Some rooms have be remodeled and others have not. I would stay at this hotel again.

Its out of the way and can be a pain to get around unless you dont mind taking cabs, trams and the monrail.

i went to the Luxor in April and i found it to be great. Not centre strip but still a fairly good hotel for the money. Excellent pools and buffet and in Vegas you do loads of walking. I have a walking stick and i still found it to be ok.
