Can someone please advise as to the table minimums at Caesar%26#39;s Palace? Most specifically, I%26#39;d like to hear about the Blackjack table minumums on a Friday or Saturday.
From what I can recall, the minimums go up to $50 hand, but I%26#39;m not certain. Not being that big of a gambler, I%26#39;m looking for $15 hand-ish minimums and I don%26#39;t think I%26#39;ll find it at CP.
Any insights are appreciated...
Table Minimums at Caesar's PalaceYou won%26#39;t know until you walk through the casino and see for yourself. No matter what anyone says they were last week or yesterday supply and demand changes.
Usually the week-ends are higher - and TOD matters. What TOD on your Fri %26amp; Sat?
The PCD lounge was $50 a few weeks ago, while the main casino had some at $15 %26amp; $25, Saturday at 10pm. Beware the rules are HORRID.
Will you go elsewhere for your desired minimum? Why ask only about Caesaer%26#39;s?
Table Minimums at Caesar's PalaceTOD = Time of Departure? We%26#39;re considering staying at Harrah%26#39;s for 2 nights (Wed/Thurs) and then Caesar%26#39;s Fri/Sat nights. Leaving Sunday in the early afternoon.
My other option is just to stay at Harrah%26#39;s all 4 nights. We were really happy there last time but have a cut rate at Caesar%26#39;s for Sat/Sun so were thinking of giving it a go.
One of the big reasons we like Harrahs is becuase I can walk down and gamble for a couple hours while my wife gets ready in the morning. I wouldn%26#39;t do this at the higher ante, so I might just be a pain in her butt while she%26#39;s getting ready instead of losing myself in the casino.
Right now, we%26#39;re leaning toward the Harrah%26#39;s option and the fact that we won;t have to move...
Good Decision
Any other comments on this?
my only experience comes from the weekends when it is notoriously more expensive. that being said, you can find $15 minimum bj tables during the day, but they typically go up to $25 in the evening. i%26#39;ve been there during the busiest periods, and you%26#39;ll always be able to find at least $25 minimums. mirage next door will have $15 bj minimums on weekend evenings.
Oh, I would definitely give Caesars a try, since you have a special rate for the weekend, they have some low hand tables. Your wife will be fascinated with the room, it%26#39;s a lot higher end than Harrah%26#39;s, they have a huge marble bathroom, a large stand alone shower, a jetted soaking tub, lots of choices in where to eat %26amp; the Forum for shopping. I love staying at Caesars, don%26#39;t get me wrong, I like Harrah%26#39;s a lot also, but if I get a good deal at Caesars than I%26#39;m there without hesitation, trust me it worth the move!!!!! Caesars rooms is NO comparison to Harrah%26#39;s except for being clean %26amp; very comfy beds. Your wife will feel like royalty in the Caesars rooms.
I was there last week Wednesday around 9PM and saw at least 1 $10 BJ table.
TOD ,is bridgefans way of saying time of day.
Minimums will rise as the day progresses.
Was there the first week of September when Vegas was empty. The table minimums were $15 when I checked at 8am on a weekday, and went up throughout the course of the day even though nobody was playing. Really, I would play elsewhere if looking for lower limits (for instance, Monte Carlo has plenty of $5 tables at 4pm on a weekday).
That said, Caesars does now have a blackjack machine with a video dealer that eerily resembles a regular blackjack table. We have them in PA as well where table games are not permitted. While most were hesitant to play it, I was not because we had played it here and found it almost preferable to the live game. It is random shuffle, $5 hands, and you get comp points for each hand played. I never lost money at that table during my three days in Vegas (and have rarely lost money at it here in PA).
