The best restaurant for romantic dinner

Can someone recomend me the best restaurant on the strip for romantic dinner with ';only-in-Las-Vegas'; decor, great food, great wine, great waiters? What is average price per a person?

Last time I had dinner at Stratosphere, on the top, and this time want to try something else.

Most romantic restaurant in Vegas in my opinion isn%26#39;t on the Strip. Andre%26#39;s (the original Downtown location) is the place for you.

My list of romantic strip restaurants would start with Alex at Wynn, figure $150-$175pp without wine.

Next would probably be Picasso at Bellagio, priced about the same.

If you want to go slightly off-strip I would recommend Alize at Palms. Priced a little less than the other two. They have an excellent 5 course tasting menu which I%26#39;ve heard is now $110 ($95 when we went in April). Alize also has an outstanding view.

You would think there would be a lot of choices, but there really aren%26#39;t. Las Vegas is a lot better at ';Hip %26amp; Trendy'; than quiet %26amp; romantic.

I agree with blagger. The most romantic restaurant in Vegas is Andre%26#39;s downtown. Top of the World, Eiffel Tower, MAG, etc. aren%26#39;t even in the same category.

If you want something closer(with a view)- Alize (the Palms). You can%26#39;t beat the food, ambience and service at these two restaurants.

alize, alex, joel r all great

olives a step below, you can however enjoy the fountains and for some that is a draw - the restaurant not as romantic, loudish.

picasso also has fountains and is better than olives
