Casa di Amore - Outstanding Service Even Before Dining!

Hi Everyone! For any of you out there thinking about eating at Casa di Amore, I just wanted to take a minute to let you all know how fabulous the customer service is at Casa di Amore....and I haven%26#39;t even eaten there yet!

I made a reservation online as a surprise for my boyfriend%26#39;s birthday, which is a couple days after our Vegas trip next month. After making the reservation I contacted the restaurant via e-mail for suggestions for anything else to make it a special surprise. They went out of their way to suggest appetizers to have waiting at the table, and even suggested a very nice bottle of wine to have ready and waiting, based on the wine preferences I gave.

I must say, outstanding service, and very quick e-mail responses that you don%26#39;t often find in restaurants these days. I%26#39;m very much looking forward to surprising my boyfriend with a limo pick up, and wine and food waiting, and just know it will be a fantastic evening!

There%26#39;s a reason why this is one of the top rated restaurants in Las Vegas!

That%26#39;s great to hear! We loved our experience with the limo pick up and dining there, with the Rat Pack feel of the place, complete with a keyboard player singing Frank %26amp; Dean%26#39;s stadards! And the staff was expcetional, very friendly and helpful, we felt like we were regulars as soon as we walked in. That%26#39;s why I couldn%26#39;t stop gushing about how much we loved this place, and why I was compelled to write my first restaurant review for it.

I hope the evening is everything you hope for!

Make that Frank %26amp; Dean%26#39;s ';standards';, as in songs...I guess I was so happy my fingers forgot how to type=)

DH and I had our anniversary dinner there last year. I too agree that they have wonderful customer service. Last year, we phoned the restaurant, and asked if they had a limo available to pick us up. They asked when and what time. We then asked if they had anything available that night, the response was, ';yes';. We were picked up within the hour at Harrahs. When we entered, someone was at the door to greet us! As it was a late dinner, there wasn%26#39;t a big crowd. We were given the corner booth. The entertainment was nice and not over powering that you couldn%26#39;t have a conversation. The veal parmigiano was the best I have had in a long time. A butter knife would have cut it. Both DH and I were impressed at the size of it. We had both quality and quantity!

This year, we were so eager to go back, I phoned the restaurant and requested an early reservation as we want to dine before our 8pm show. No problem! They were very happy to hear we want to spend our anniversary with them once again.

You will NOT be disappointed!

Good Luck!

We went in July for dh%26#39;s 50th and had Brad for our waiter...what a nice guy. We had the appetizer sampler and I had the scampi..dh had the steak Sinatra. The music was nice. The limo was a nice touch! We are going back next this Saturday for my Birthday dinner and we have requested Brad again. We love this place...Not fancy.....but yummy and fun! Slotto

Another CdA fan here! We enjoyed the atmosphere there so much we had an unplanned hour at the bar after dinner chatting to the friendly and welcoming locals. No problem with the limo doing this - the driver was more than happy to fit us in with his other jobs and take us back to the Strip near enough when we were ready.

Count me in as one of their biggest fans! I, too want to mention the customer service. When we went early summer I called for reservation %26amp; limo. When I said we were staying at Orleans she said we just pick up on the strip. She must have felt my disappointment. She then said would you be willing to come at 5:15 %26amp; if I could she would send the limo. Of course I said yes. I did request Brad as our waiter as I had read so many lovely remarks about him. When he came to our table he said ';do I know you?'; I said no but read about him on TA. He was thrilled. He said I don%26#39;t usually come in til 6:30 but I always want to make my customers happy so I came in early. All this speaks volumes on their customer service.

Yep, ourladyofrevlon, they now pick up other places than just the strip. They%26#39;re picking us up at the Golden Nugget downtown, no problem. Can%26#39;t wait, as it%26#39;s only the second time we%26#39;ve ever ridden in a limo!

Don%26#39;t forget to wear your spats and snap-brim fedora and roll up in a ';38 Buick. You%26#39;ll have fun until your daddy takes the T-Bird away.

Although I know the majority of you will know this, please make sure to tip the limo driver if using this service. This is more for the younger people that may not think to do it and get ';caught up'; in the moment. :-)

Heading back to Vegas 10/27 - 11/2 and I just have to try CdA after reading so many reviews. So, what is a fair and reasonable tip for the limo driver? Will the driver drop you some other place than he picked you up? And, are nice jeans and nice top, heels OK? Thanks
