Hi
Could someone recommend a good casual seafood restaurant or buffet please
Good seafood restaurant not too expensiveTwo places I have always had fine meals at reasonable prices are McCormmack %26amp; Schmick and Landry%26#39;s. Both are chains, and some people dismiss them solely for that reason. But I find the quality of the food excellent and service consistent. Niether are on the Strip, Landry%26#39;s is across from Palace Station and M%26amp;S is on Flamingo, about a mile east of the Strip. If you have to start taking taxis, that will take away some of the savings. I always have a rental car so it is not an issue for me. In both places you can have a fine meal for about $35 per person. M%26amp;S has a more of a formal feel to it. I have read two negative posts in last few months about poor service at Landry%26#39;s, but that was not my experience on my last visit about a year ago. I ate once in 808 (the fancy seafood place in Caesars), the meal was no better than M%26amp;S but cost almost three times as much. Not worth it in my book.
Good seafood restaurant not too expensiveThanks,we will have a rental car so will not need to take cabs
GOOD %26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt; will be expensive.
Average %26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt; will be affordable.

Dont know what your idea of casual is or what you think expensive is.
Buzios Seafood Restaurant at the Rio
Seafood Buffet at the Rio, pro and con.
I%26#39;ll second the recommendation for McCormick %26amp; Schmick%26#39;s. We used to go once a trip for their crazy ';happy hour'; ($1.99 burgers, scallops, etc.). Then we tried the dining room and it was very good. Lots of fish choices and preperations.
Its a ';chain';, but only in about 25 cities, so give it a try. Short ride, cab, bus down Flamingo. Also, its now on the restaurant.com website!!
