Mix is at the top of THEHotel which is connected to Mandaylay Bay,
Alize (is almost at the top of the Palms I think, just below the Ghost bar - not sure as I haven%26#39;t been to this one.

Alize is indeed at the top of the Palms Hotel. I would highly recommend it, we had a fabulous meal there 10 days ago. Excellent food, great service and a truly magnificent view of the strip.
Alize is at the top of the Palms, a floor above Ghost Bar.
