I'd like to eat and dance somewhere nice for my 30th b/day

Somewhere nice, fun and trendy but not painfully hip. Bearing in mind my 21y.o. sister will be tagging along this time!

I%26#39;ve ';done '; MAG et al a few times now, but I would like somewhere atmospheric, preferably with a nice view. About $100 a head, say to inc wine...

Then a lounge or club- not somewhere where you need to be Size 0 to get in (my sister is, I am not), and spend $$$ on booze. Just somewhere we will have fun.

Any sugestions? Is Voodoo lounge still fun?

funny, my sis is 21 and i%26#39;m 36 and she is the zero also and i am not! i took her for her 21st and we went to pure (fun) tao (hated it) and body english (our fave). the next year we went to moon, body english and tryst. we love them all. we just got back last night, and we did the same 3 clubs again.

for dinner, i would recommend olive%26#39;s at bellagio - nice view of fountains, not too pricey.

or try canaletto%26#39;s on the water at venetian, inside but feels outside like a patio.

i love joe%26#39;s stone crab, but no view, but still the best in vegas in my opinion.

or, try aureole. amazing 4 story wine tower that girls bungee down to fetch your wine, amazing food, very chic, pricey but worth it.

emeril%26#39;s is yummy but don%26#39;t love the ambiance there.

u can also read my trip report i just posted which gives lots of details. def spend one night in downtown vegas goofing off. it is cheap and fun and a way different vibe.
