We have been too LasVegas (2) times now,but always between the middle of April and June. We are going out this year again at the end of Nov. to Dec.7th. We are wondering what type of special Holiday things might be going on.We really would appreciate any feed back on this topic,as like I stated already,it will be the first time around this season. Also,it will be very special to know what might be available to do,to celebrate my ladies Birthday and my Retirement all in one. Thanks again in advance for any response.
Just WonderingStarting Dec 4th is the NFR, which if you did not know is the finale of the year of rodeo. LOTS of spectators and I plan to be one of them, so if you don%26#39;t like cowboys and the such you may want to consider this.
Just WonderingThe Bellagio%26#39;s conservatory should be set up for Christmas then. I%26#39;m sure they will put something festive together.
The Bellagio does put up a great display and when I called they said the display would not be up until December 7th so you may be able to see it. Caesars Palace usually has a big tree out in front. Downtown has its own Christmas lighting ceremony. For an over the top town Vegas does not do an over the top Christmas. You will see some Christmas decorations and hear some music but nothing compared to other major cities.
Two places that always got into the Christmas spirit- Sam%26#39;s Town and Ethel M Cactus Garden.
Sam%26#39;s Town always decorated its atrium very nicely with nice Christmas decorations(they do have a free shuttle). Ethel M puts thousands and thousands of Christmas lights on the cacti and it looks beautiful at night. Santa and carolers usually appear on the week-end.
