I heard a rumor the pool in the Riviera Hotel %26amp; Casino was closed in december. Is there any truth in this?

A lot of hotels keep one pool open over the winter but the fact is that December is WAY too cold to be even thinking of going near a pool in Vegas for all but the most committed of swimmers who simply have to get their fix.
