Orleans buffet question

Does the French Market Buffet at the Orleans have good food? I have read some reviews about it,and some say that their food is mediocre.

Ask 5 people and get 6 answers lol. I%26#39;ve had their buffet, actually twice, so it can%26#39;t be that bad if I went back.But I don%26#39;t remember it enough to recall specifics other than that it was at least vaguely ';cajun/creole'; themed.

But it%26#39;s not going to be in the same league as some of the other places in town...

I was not impressed with their breakfast buffet. A lot of stations repeat themselves. Just the usual, pancakes, bacon, eggs, ham etc.

South Point has a much better variety, lots of lunch dishes present at BF.

hotelrvwr: Was in Vegas last week and ate at the Orleans lunch Tuesday and Thursday...also twice at Gold Coast..Orleans was a little better...I thought both were good, though I%26#39;m easily pleased, as long as I don%26#39;t have to cook it..8.57 at Orleans and 8.03 at GC,including tax..(both take off a dollar if you have their players card)..actually it is the best food for the price in Vegas....just my opinion..Long line at Orleans (I found out in line that the local paper has a 3 dollar off coupon for seniors on Tues. and Thursdays, and I think all the locals go there...
