what is the best place for somewhere open late ie 3ish that has a good atmosphere music etc if its a nightclub not a really young or proper clubby one!!!!

at 3:00am, i think the best non-nightclub places to go are actually casino bars/lounges at the major hotels.
the center bar at the hardrock is a great place to hang out late. great party atmostphere and good people watching. it is almost always packed until the wee morning hours.
planet hollywood and mgm also have good lounges.
