Bally's Lounge Bands

Can anyone tell me if the lounge in Bally%26#39;s still have those great bands .When we were there last they had 2 different bands (both all black fellas) .They dressed in great suits and sang and danced so well .It was so fun to watch and had a great atmosphere.Soneone said they don%26#39;thave bands anymore .So if anyone knows otherwise please let meknow.We are going in Oct and hope to see them.

They had bands playing both in June and in august when I was there. I love to sit in the Tequila bar and watch from there , better service and less crowded.

I saw a band there this year %26amp; they were awesome! One of my favorites. I just found this link on youtube..

when you arrive in Oct ask at Bally%26#39;s - easy and accurate. You don%26#39;t need to know this now, won%26#39;t change your res based on the answer, so just ask when you arrive.

quite a few nice lounges in LV, if Bally%26#39;s doesn%26#39;t work out for you try venetian, Palazzo, Bellagio, Caesar%26#39;s. you don%26#39;t say where you are staying - all of these are convenient to most properties.

does the bally%26#39;s website list the lounge bands? If not, and you must know ahead of time contact bally%26#39;s and ask.

How do you know shellster doesn%26#39;t need to know this ahead of time? Maybe this lounge/band is the reason he/she enjoys going to Vegas. Have you ever contacted a hotel to see what band is playing in their lounge? I%26#39;d guess not since it%26#39;s almost impossible to get an answer. Most of the time (with the exception of a few!) people on this forum are more helpful than the hotels.

Remember, everyone is different. People have different reasons for going to Vegas. Some go for gambling, some go for shopping %26amp; shows while others may go for lounge acts!

becasue shellster said ';We are going in Oct and hope to see them.'; that statement clealry states they are going to LV it%26#39;s a HOPE, not a must. Therefore we know shellster will not cancel this LV trip based on who is/is not playing in the bally%26#39;s lounge. they can find out ahead of time or when arriving in LV and plan accordingly. The wording is quite clear and self-explanatory. work on your reading comprehension, it will help you.

shellster did not say something like ';I am need to know if band X is playing at bally%26#39;s on Oct X. I will only go to LV if they are'; Clear now?

Yes, i often point out we are all different - a wonderful thing about people, isn%26#39;t!! If you%26#39;ve read some of my posts you will know that i recognize and embrace our different priorities and reasons for visiting Lv and certain venues in particular.

Yes - i contact properties often for information. I have never had any issue finding out what bands are playing for the duration of my stay. I%26#39;m willing to bet if shellster contacts Bally%26#39;s upon arrival in LV the Bally%26#39;s concierge will be able to tell them what bands are playing in this particular lounge for nights in question.
