Going 2Vegas in a wk with girlfriends 4 bday -- need advice

My girlfriends and I are going to Vegas at the end of next week for my 30th bday. We%26#39;ve rented a room at the MGM Signature and a car for transportation. Looking for any ideas/suggestions for places to shop, party and eat. It%26#39;s 6 of us in our late 20%26#39;s/early 30%26#39;s.

What kind of shopping do you want? High end, middle of the road, or outlet type shopping?

What kind of food? Budget per person......buffets, casual or up market restaurants?

Clubs or bars/lounges...expensive or not?

Caesars Palace has the Forum for shopping, %26amp; lots of choices in where to eat. Flamingo has Margaritaville, Harrah%26#39;s has the Carnival Court %26amp; Toby Keith Bar %26amp; Grill %26amp; Paris has Risqué for lots of fun.

Suggestion #1: I would take a cab down to the Wynn: They have some high end shops, a really nice Louis Vuitton store which has some stuff I haven%26#39;t seen at other stores, and you can go across the walkway to the fashion show mall which has everything. They have a couple nice clubs, Tryst and Blush you can check out. If you like crab legs they have a really good buffet with king crab, good sushi, etc. If you want to dine upscale, I really enjoyed SW Steakhouse---great cold seafood appetizer and cool atmosphere.

Suggestion #2: You can walk down to Caesar%26#39;s pretty easily and hit the forum shops, then go across the walkway to the Bellagio shops. I always enjoy dining Prime at Bellagio and then having dessert and coffee out on the Veranda right by the fountain show, it is really an awesome experience at dusk. After all that you can head to The Bank nightclub at Bellagio.

that should be good for two fun evenings for a group that age, just don%26#39;t forget to watch each others backs in case Britney, Paris, and Lilo try to start some trouble! Have a great time!

if you%26#39;re looking for a place to party, a visit to the hard rock is a must. the center bar is great, and the whole casino is one big party. the also have the clubs body english and wasted space.

So many options for food. You can shop, eat and drink at Planet Hollywood. They have a PF Chang%26#39;s there, which is a chain, but is a very good chain. Sake martinis are fabulous. A vibrant, young crowd is usually around at Planet Hollywood.

Happy birthday!

Shopping: Town Square Mall is new and it%26#39;s a great place to shop! It%26#39;s one of my favourites and it%26#39;s pretty nice now that it%26#39;s starting to cool down out here! They have some nice restaurants as well. Planet Hollywood is another great shopping area!

Restaurants: If you%26#39;re looking for a really lively atmosphere, Dick%26#39;s at the Excalibur is really awesome. Cathouse at Luxor is also really cute for a girl%26#39;s night dinner. Voodoo at Rio is great and if you go up to the lounge, it%26#39;s a wonderful place to take pix!

Party: My best suggestion is definitely the Chippendales. We celebrate most birthdays there (if it%26#39;s all girls) because it%26#39;s always a lot of fun. It%26#39;s a really great production, the guys are amazing performers (dancing, singing, etc) and it%26#39;s a perfect place for the girls to go for a special occasion! There%26#39;s also a really cute lounge attached where the guys go after the show. It%26#39;s a great place to party and relax since most of the clubs get very crowded and uncomfortable if you don%26#39;t have a table.
